Mi5 Print Community Spirit
December 31, 2020 · News, Events & Mi5 Life · Sustainability
With the many challenges facing individuals, families and businesses across Canada in 2020, Mi5 has worked hard to continue the development of our community initiatives and charitable contributions.
Early in 2020 as the COVID-19 virus and global crisis was just beginning to be recognized, Mi5 retooled to produce medical face shields for healthcare workers at a rate of 1,000 per day as well as flat-pack corrugate, easy-to-deploy emergency field beds, for use in hospitals and shelters in Canada and around the world – should they be needed for the battle against Coronavirus. Face shields were purchased by businesses that could pay – and donated in the community where needed such as to Elder Care homes.
Mi5 continues to provide in-kind and financial charitable contributions for fundraisers and events held by and for diverse groups of all ages. Annual support includes: Ryerson University Graphics Communications Management (GCM) Job Fair, Women in Business Enterprise (WBE) Canada, Robb Nash Project, SickKids, HBC & BayCrest Foundations, Markham Stouffville Hospital and the CNIB.
Mi5 strives to continually grow its community support in effective and targeted ways. If you represent a registered Canadian charity we may be able to help with in-kind contributions to your printed communications. Please connect with us via our contact page submission form and your request will be considered.
